The experience I bring to Keller Williams will benefit buyers and sellers no matter what type of property they are looking for. In the past I have owned small residential acreages, horse properties, commercial properties, and irrigated farm ground with water rights. I have been a part of new construction from the ground up. My father-in-law is a land developer, my husband installs the utilities, and my mother-in-law sees to finishing the interiors of the houses. As an employee of the family's construction company I helped with all of these tasks as well. We have also gone through the subdivision process in Weld county with a partial of land. As the owner and manager of High Country Stables for nine years, I built a large group of contacts in the equine industry. Owning the farm ground has taught me alot about the issues concerning water rights, and transferring water from agricultural use to municipal use for development.
